Frequently Asked Questions
If you have additional questions please email [email protected]
How much do programs cost and do I have to pay for them?
- All open enrollment program costs are covered by the L&D budget. Employees do not have to pay for these programs. If you must travel to attend a program then the travel costs must be covered by your department's budget per the T&E policy.
I can't attend, how do I withdraw from a program?
- We understand that everyone has a busy schedule, however your development is IMPORTANT to us. You should make every effort to attend programs you have registered for. If you cannot attend then you must withdraw from the program prior to the registration closing (usually 2-3 weeks before the program date).
- To withdraw, send an email to [email protected].
There are no open spots for the program I want to attend. What do I do?
- Each program has a maximum capacity to ensure the right level of engagement. If a program is full you can put your name on the waitlist. This will save you a spot should one open. This will also help the L&D team determine if additional programs should be added to the calendar.
- In the course catalog we also list additional online learning options for each program. This will help supplement our learning.
Why do I have to create a Jumbula account to sign-up?
- Jumbula is a temporary platform to manage the registration and program calendar. The L&D team is working on different approaches to make registration easier for employees.
I don't see what I'm looking for. Will new programs be added?
- Yes, the L&D team will be continually evaluating and developing offers based on the business need. At this time the scope of learning provided by the team will fall into the leadership or broader capabilities of all employees.
Our team wants to take a program just for ourselves. Can this be done?
- Opportunities for intact team sessions can be evaluated. Your team should meet with your HRBP and the L&D team to determine the best options.
- Costs for intact team sessions will be covered by that department's budget and may require an external facilitator.
Can I attend in-person programs through Zoom instead?
- Open enrollment programs are offered as in-person or virtual to maximize flexibility and impact. Hybrid programs are not available as open enrollment. Should an intact team decide to plan a customized program it can be evaluated for hybrid.
I don't see some programs on here, like Emerging Leaders. Why not?
- Some programs will not be available for open enrollment. These will typically fall under a nomination process or only be offered to a closed group of employees. You should discuss development needs and options with your manager, HRBP and L&D.
