Lead With Your Brand!™ (Open to EL Alumni)

This highly interactive session was developed based on feedback from previous Emerging Leaders cohorts, who shared a strong interest in learning more about personal branding and how to stand out in the workplace. In response, we are offering this session to the current 2026 cohort and extending an invitation to our 2024 and 2025 alumni to join.

Led by Jayzen Patria, a 25-year learning and development executive, this program uses a real brand marketer’s toolkit to help you take ownership of your career and amplify your impact.

• Format: Virtual, instructor-led, highly interactive
• Expectation: Participants should be on camera and ready to actively engage

• Understand your authentic strengths and how to use them to show up on brand
• Identify your career’s target audience and tailor your message for maximum influence
• Learn how to package and promote yourself effectively
• Align your personal brand with company culture and business priorities
• Develop a personalized action plan to grow your visibility and career momentum
